Digital products are different from physical goods. Once access has been delivered and used, refunds may be limited unless there is a verified issue that we cannot resolve.


5. Device, App & Internet Issues

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for making sure their device, app, browser, software, internet connection, and network setup are compatible with the product or service.
